| Dr. Ronald Rosen is a graduate of Wesleyan (class of 1977) and Araneta University -- Veterinary Sciences (class of 1981). He started with The North Shore Animal Hospital while in high school as an animal handler. After graduating from vet school he came back to work for the hospital that he loved as a child and has been with the group ever since. Dr. Rosen became a partner in 1987 and is now Director of Medical and Diagnostic Services. Dr. Rosen loves spending time with his wife Mia, his two beautiful children , Alex and Michelle, and his 7 cats and Papillon, Jessie. In his free time he enjoys coaching little league baseball. He is the co-author of the book So You Think You Know About Cats (available at all major online bookstores). |

Dr. Michael Ferber is a graduate of Cornell University (class of 1991) and of The NYSCVM --Cornell University (1996). He is the third generation of Cornell Veterinarians in the Ferber Family. He is our present Chief Of Surgery. Dr. Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Fran, his two beautiful girls Maddie and Alex, and dog Bailey. He enjoys jiujitsu and carpentry in his spare time. His veterinary interests include reconstructive knee and ear surgery. |

Dr. Robert Foley is a graduate of Cornell University (class of 1992) and of the NYSCVM --Cornell University (1998). He and Dr. Michael were roommates in vet school and have been friends since the age of 18. He became a partner in the practice in 2004 and has headed the long island office since its inception. Dr. Foley enjoys spending time with his wife Natasha, his beautiful daughter Sara, and his two dogs (Petey and Chiquita) and his cat Mary. In his free time Dr. Foley enjoys jiujitsu and hanging with his daughter. His veterinary interests include soft tissue surgery and dermatology. |
